The second module of the Relational Culture Series.
This second module explores the relational practice of deepening the entanglement of our community to unveil and acknowledge the support of our embodiment and co-regulating relationships. This practice widens our experiential understanding of our bodies in relation and their influence in shaping the dynamics of collaboration within our team when in reactivity, dissociation or trauma.
This module will prepare participants to practice three baseline embodiment and relational somatics tools designed to foster peer support and cultivate collective healing, generating support to deal with dysregulation, trauma and the impact of systemic oppression and the ecological crisis as it shows up in our work together.
Relational Culture 1 – Bonding is required to attend this training (no exceptions). We highly recommend you attend this trainings in teams from your organization, community or movement. We give priority to teams for admission.
