The third module of the Relational Culture Series.
This third module explores the relational practice of unveiling and acknowledging the need to be influenced and changed by one another’s and other communities’ diversities in sustained and complex ways. This ensures equity and inclusion in our collaborative team work, particularly when we tend to default to the coercive dynamics of competitive cooperation or hierarchical coordination.
This module will prepare participants to practice three baseline inquiry and dialogue tools designed to maintain a collective commitment to a culture of sustained revision and inclusion that counteracts the dominant culture of supremacy and exclusion. It will also prepare participants to support building the Relational Culture Movement and to help spread a relational ontology.
Relational Culture 1 – Bonding and Relational Culture 2 – Embodying, are required to attend this training (no exceptions).
